Water, sewer, gas and electric rates in the Indianapolis Region are among the lowest in the nation. This contributes to a lower operating cost for businesses as well as affordable home ownership. We are currently at $0.0606/kilowatt hour kWh (Industrial Average).
One of the country's eight major fiber optic cable spines--Internet 2--runs through the region and is hosted by Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
