Kristen Cooper is the Director of Corporate Development and Venture Philanthropy for Indy Partnership. In her current position, she builds philanthropic relationships with corporations, community members, and foundations.   Growing the network of support in the community will help Indy Partnership bring new jobs to the Indianapolis region.

Most recently, Kristen served as Director of Operations for the Riverview Hospital Foundation in Noblesville.  Prior to that, Kristen served as a major gifts officer for Butler University’s College of Liberal Arts and Science.   Before landing in Indiana, she worked for the University of California, Santa Barbara and began her work there overseeing the Annual Fund and then became the Regional Director of Development for Southern CA.   Kristen got her start in fundraising as a student caller at the Penn State Lion Line and graduated from the University with a BA in Communications. 
 
Kristen is passionate about the eradication of food insecurity and making health care available to women and children around the world.  She currently serves as the Advocacy Chair for CARE for the 5th District in Indiana.  Kristen is a past Board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  And she is a member of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy class of 2010. 

Kristen lives in Westfield with her husband, Jason Kelly.
